All I was getting was one spark plug but as it turned out it was an unusual one. The service rep took the time and effort to insure I got the right one for my generator. Great service.

I'm used to the Chemmy location Hey Rob, Darren . These guys are great and always have been. I had to pick up parts at the Falconbridge site.Wonderful to see that they have the same quality of staff. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff.Way to go everyone !
