Stopped in to get our tires checked at the Sudbury location before heading out on our drive to Calgary. Matt checked everything out and assured us the we were good to go. We so appreciated his prompt and courteous service.

I have a commercial truck. Kal tire sent a driver to meet someone half way to Northbay to get me back on the road same day. Within a couple hours actually. Top notch customer service great group of people to make that shop run. Will be back forsure I highly recommend!!!

Had some skid steer tires mounted on loose rims, had an issue with one of them. Brought the one tire back and no questions asked they remounted the tire and has been good since, great service!

I had a flat tire this morning on my drive into work. The guys at Kal Tire fixed my car before they even open at 8:00. They were so fantastic and I can’t thank them enough.

Wish there was a no star review! My poor mother in law received bad service, they did work without her permission then charged her. Too many things to list here. Taking advantage of seniors is not a good thing, especially for a business.

Very slow service spend 2 hr for just 1 flat tire and a guy name matt does more talking then working around very rude he should focus on working rather then keep talking so people can get their work done and hit the road . Other staff was polite and kind.

We wouldn’t have made it on our trip without this business! Our 5th wheel tire blew on the highway on the first day of our cross country trip. We made it to this town and called in the morning. They not only got us in right away, but helped us make the whole rig safe, have a cool place for me, the kids AND my dog to chill and had us in and out in an hour. Couldn’t say enough! Thank you so much ??
