Turns out they had a returned unit from another contractor that wanted something bigger after a couple of uses. They gave me a discount on the lightly used item, which runs flawlessly after 1.5 seasons of use.Plus, they gave me a free pack of 5 litre Echo Red Armour 2-cycle mix for my patience while they were having a busy morning.I bounce around this shop and Sudbury Small Engines based on what I'm looking for, but prefer to shop here, even if they are twice the distance from where I live.”

“Update: Thank you, Rona, for sending me new batteries. The snowblower works great now. I purchased a Kobalt 40V Snowblower in January 2024. One of the reasons I bought this product is because the warranty states I should return it to the store where I purchased it if there are any problems. I used it twice last winter, stored it appropriately and recharged the batteries last summer. Now the batteries won't stay charged. I took it back to this store and was told Rona no longer deals with Kobalt, and that I have to deal directly with the manufacturer. When I got back home and searched online, I discovered that's not the case - this store, and plenty of other Rona stores sell this product. We're facing a significant snowstorm, and I'm without a snowblower.”

“This retail store has a variety of different products than other stores. There is a hugh bird feeding section, large barbeque area with stoves, spices and equipment. It is a must stop shop in my mind.”
