That big lady needs to shut her and work. It is clear that she is manager and she definitely doesn't know how to work with her staff. I heard her scolding the employee in the isle in hindi. She is a real example of who is should be kept out of the customer service jobs.

As someone who’s worked cash at many places and been a manager. If you’re going to confront a staff member who’s training that they’re doing something wrong… you do it in private not in public in front of the whole line up to see. To then go and talk to friends. I feel for this young lady as it can be very embarrassing/ nerve racking to start and learn a new job. Also head office, cashiers cannot drink water is a little harsh. To have to call someone up to cash so u can go to the back to have a drink is a bit much. Keep ur staff happy not thirsty
