Stay away . They overcharge after they commit to one price and than dont pick up even if its a slightest of snow . I will report them to higher authorities. They charged twice in one day for pick up and never picked it . Customer service is really hard and supervisor literally told me he will send my account on collection after i denied to pay for pick up for the third time.Also the supervisor also threatened me to keep charging me and not picking up their cubeit . I will have city if sudbury possess if if they do not pick up by wednesday

Absolutely horrible service !! they promised one thing start and told me one price for 3 months and than starting charging me more per month. when I called them , they never had a log of ever talking to me . they charged me twice the fee for pick up and once the driver left as there was a bit of snow and he wont call me or knock at the door. Charged 2 times over what they promised and ended up in a nightmare.

This company and the employees especially Jackie were great. They had what I needed when I needed it. Very professional with the drop off of the storage unit and scheduling the pick up was a breeze. Thank you guys. If I need something I'll this I would definitely use these guys again

Cube was clean, actually it looked new. Saved us a lot of time while renovating the garage, instead of trying to work around tools, bikes and other stuff. Next renovation, even the interior of the house, I will do the same.

Not pleased with this service. They offer deals in their ads to get you sucked in and then none of the "deal" apply to you or your area. Then you are charged an extra fee at then end for pick up. Costumer service is rude. Not helpful and basically just says that's the way it works and too bad for you. Would be a ton cheaper to get a full seacan

The storage unit was clean and delivered when promised. Pick up was prompt and also when promised. It was a convenient solution to our storage issue.
