I have never shopped their but they have been in business for a long time. I don't prefer Chevrolet or Buick. Good location and they have lots of stock. If you like Cherolet it's a good place to go for sure

I was traveling through the Sudbury area Friday afternoon when I found myself with a "no crank, no start" situation in my 2018 Silverado. I had it towed to Crosstown about noon.
I explained my situation to Pete Lagrandeur and he created a work order. As it was past noon I was fully expecting I would have to stay over until at least until Monday or Tuesday but Pete had me on my way in about an hour fouty five. Truly they went above beyond delivering excellent customer service. Sudbury is fortunate to have such a dealership as Crosstown.

Just purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V from Dave Mitchell. Dave is the best sales person I have dealt with to date- he respected my budget, wasn’t the typical pushy car salesman, and worked with to get me what I needed. Very knowledgeable on the type of vehicle I was looking at, and again- wasn’t recommending vehicles that were 2x my budget. I will be recommending Dave at Crosstown Chevy to all of my friends and family who are purchasing a vehicle, and will be back to Save with Dave when the time comes! Thanks again Dave!

My vehicle needed a part changed in the transmission and didn't have a Cadillac loaner for me to have. I really would need one for work.
After talking about my situation with James (The owner's son) he and the daughter provided me with a Buick loaner vehicle for a couple of weeks. Which I know they didn't have to do.
I truly appreciate what they did, The service adviser Joe was great. He kept me well informed. Great guy.
I truly recommend this dealership!

1. Sales - Fantastic, knowledgeable can only tell you what they know. The vehicle I initially wanted was sold but not entered into the system and nothing in the vehicle saying it was sold.. not the sales persons fault.
2. Finance staff - Fantastic, knowledgeable and prompt communication.
3. Service Centre - Ugh.. Bought a new vehicle, needed to be certified and a windshield replacement. Supposed to pick up vehicle on a Wednesday. Come Wednesday about 2 hrs before pick up. I am informed that I cant pick it up today because it has not been certified and needs brakes and tires. Service centre was provided the requisition on Monday - they did nothing until the day of pick up. The windshield was fixed because that was done offsite at another business and was brought there at 5PM on Tuesday.
Very disappointing.
