They stripped one of the lug bolts putting the tire on. When I tried to retorque, it was just loose, so I'm lucky the lug nut didn't fall off.Never hand them the keys. Just take your tires off and bring them in to balance or install them and then put them back on yourself. If you can't change your own tires or your tires aren't on rims, go somewhere else.I've changed my tires for the last 6 years without issue. All you have to do is start the bolt by hand before you get the impact out. This was so careless.Tried to save myself some energy by spending 10$ a tire and now I have an hours worth of extra work installing a new lug bolt.Edit: I avoid conflict and was not eager to go back to the store. On my first trip Daryl was helpful in explaining that he would collect the information for the manager to review the next day and give me a call. After not receiving a call the next day, I went into the store and another nervous fellow said they were sorry the manager didn't get back to me. I told him no worries and dont be nervous, i've worked customer service too and im not going to get excited if they refuse, ill just leave my review. He went to the manager so they could review the footage of the tire change after which the manager said to tell me to pay to have it fixed and they would reimburse me. I did that, and it was 90$. On my 3rd trip back to be reimbursed I was met by Jeff who proceeded to tell me they shouldn't be reimbursing me and that there's no way they were the ones who damaged it. I was nothing but courteous with the other employees. They're doing their jobs and I felt there was mutual respect. Jeff is rude and they should rethink letting him be a customer facing employee. He was also rude (in my opinion) to an old man who had a flat on a tire installed just under a year ago. Could well have been a nail but you won't know that until you see it, Jeff, so enough of the sass.I'm glad they offered a solution so +1 stars but I'll certainly never hand over the keys again.

Went here for a tire repair as I had a small leak in one of my tires. Price was cheaper for the repair than anywhere else.

Geri at the counter is not customer oriented. The phone never gets answered so people line up at the same place that you wait to register your vehicle in for an apt causing a backup of people. Their email tells you to arrive 15 min before your apt but they don’t respect customer timelines whatsoever. The entire tire purchase and installation process needs revamping. Hire more tire shop staff Costco Sudbury. It is a service desk without any respect for people’s schedules.

We purchased tires for our Pathfinder from Costo as their price was good due to the $150 discount. We had them installed and wanted to make a special mention about Craig who went abive and beyond each and every time we came in.Craig is truly a value to the company and this should be reflected in his renumeration. These days, customer service is ? and Craig has the right approach ? ?Th

Terrible timing, and customer service! What is the point of online appointments when you are 70 min behind the schedule? The worst experience ever, you could have let me know in advanced at least and by the time of registering.

I love how customer service likes to tell me how many Costco I've visited, its usually my landmarks to destination because easy take out , clean washrooms, tire nitrogen top off and his location samples are big. I stopped in here while waiting for my client to show up at the Montana nearby, I pretty much ate appetizer at Costco. Oh yea and this is for my visit in 2019 when samples were still handed out. Same usual big parking lot, same usually stock I didnt see anything unique.

Best price on the tires I was looking at and was the least expensive installation. Ordered and installed within two weeks. Only draw back was the install ran long but they were quite busy and with non stop propane refill cash outs I'm impressed they managed to get any tires changed over.

Terrible. I went there with my American partner. He is an American and bought some items but was advised that they only took Mastercard and he only had a Visa (which they only use in the U.S.). He asked me if I could pay with my MasterCard. The cashier started interrogating us about our relationship. I believe she was homophobic. She was very surly and said that I couldnt pay for his items. We left and subsequently contacted Head Office. The store manager contacted him and we advised her that the cashier surely needs better training and the issue should be addressed and rectified. We asked her to contact us once this had been done and we would refrain from posting a bad review. This never happened so we can only assume this was never done. Shameful.

Great experience buying my winter tires here and having them installed. They made the process smooth for me, they were clear with the benefits and drawbacks of each tire option I had. It also only cost an extra $60 for changing the tires over to my rims and installing them on my car (amazing compared to what Canadian Tire tried to charge me for only putting the tires on the rims without installation).
