Ordering online was a living hell. Champs Cancelled my kids back to school shoes order for “verification purposes” because apparently information didn’t match up(which is false all the information was correct) yet still withdrew the money. The woman whom answered the “contact us” line couldn’t comprehend a single word I said and the only understandable word I got from her was very clearly her reading off of a script that she kept repeating and referring back to. Now I have to wait at least 5-7 business days for my money back which is crazy because I got the cancellation email from champs a good 15 minutes before they withdrew the money. If the information wasn’t correct I don’t see how it’s even logical for them to withdraw it in the first place. So if you enjoy having the money reaped from your bank account yet no products actually on the way to you than I would definitely suggest ordering online with them. I’ll never spend a single cent there (online or irl) again a day in my life.

Sales person was no help, never once tried to show me a pair of shoes. He was more interested in talking about himself, then referred me to a number of other stores. Very poor customer service, will never go back!!

Terrible customer service. They were all standing together, I was not greeted once, had to approach an associate for a size, and she was very rude. She did not check in on me, and gave me the wrong sizes without offering to order anything online. Do not recommend, I ordered my shoes off of the website instead.

I just got back from shopping at champs in the New Sudbury Mall, and I am so happy with my experience and purchase. I had to find shorts for my boyfriend, and had a difficult time finding his size and style. Deven was very helpful and found two pairs of shorts, by informing me of the buy one get one deal. At the cash Dorian and Devon checked me out and were very pleasant and kind. I did just finish a long day of work and school at the hospital, so I was very happy to get my shopping done quickly and efficiently with no extra stress. This is my first time stopping at this store and I will be back.

Not a very good selection of shoes ! Lacks style and creativity! All the shoes that you have in Stock are pretty bland ! Like you don't have any of the big time players shoes ! All you have in Stock are the Kyries !! Sad tooo seee it
