Super disappointed with the service level at the garage part of the store.
Had a 930 appointment to change the tires and didn't get out until 245.
I understand it's busy season but we didn't even get a phone call with a simple"hey we're running behind" and when I called to get an update I wasn't given an ETA but a I'll call you back in half an hour.. never got a call back. Staff seemed kinda irritated that we'd even ask for an ETA.
Spent all day waiting around between the waiting area and the Canadian Tire store portion.
definitely won't be using that Canadian Tire shop again come spring time.

They don't let you bring in your own bags, but they charge you to use their bags... they must not want me to buy more than a handful.

The cashier employees are very nice but good luck trying to shop in peace if you’re indigenous. Every time I come here 5+ employees will come bother me or come pretend to fix the shelves right beside me or whatever aisle I go in. Not to mention the annoying credit card people who don’t know how to take no for answer. This Canadian tire sucks.

Best department store this half of the province, HUGE I mean HUGE! It has the largest selection of non restricted firearms and ammunition. Gun prices are competitive and close to MSRP, and often cheaper than Romacko's (the only other gun store in town)

Always make sure to look at the product you believe the associates bring out for you.
I asked auto parts for a couple items, he looked it up on the computer and went to the back and brought them out. He says okay when you are done I will have them in the front for you.
The 2 items cashier only grabbed the receipt from the auto parts. Said my name and proceeded to cash me out. I still haven't looked at the products to make sure.
The next day, I got to put the accessories on. They weren't going to fit. I looked at the box, it was for another vehicle.
Now I am out of luck because the products are open.
Disappointed and frustrated

Pretty disappointed in this place. This store never has anything in stock but hey you want kitchen crap they got lots of it. Updated to 2 stars because now sometimes they keep a good stock of sale items.

Got harassed by one of the workers at this place. She asked me to follow the instagram page so i did, worker then proceeds to follow me on his PERSONAL instagram account which was very unprofessional. also may I add. I’m a minor, clearly states i am in my instagram bio. disgusting behaviour. (photo of the her who followed me has been posted)
