They've consistently been able to provide parts that other bike shops do not carry (even if they're not ebike specific). Tires, wheels, tubes, brake pads, chain rings - Sudbury Ebike has had them when others haven't.
I don't get treated with the "bike shop attitude" here either. Even if you just need a $0.05 valve stem cap, you'll get the same courtesy as you would if you were buying a $5000 ebike. That alone will keep me coming back.”
