I've never had problems with this store before. Have shopped here before many times, and love their foaming hand soaps. I had bought 6 Coffee and Whiskey hand soaps back in June after looking everywhere for them since last year. I put those hand soaps away in storage for 4 months, before pulling one out this past weekend to finally use after finishing up another of their hand soaps. I go to use it and it's coming out watery instead of the foam. I go to check the other 5 Coffee and Whiskeys and 4 of the others are the same. There was only one of them that was foaming like they were supposed to. I go in to the store to to see if I can get an exchange for faulty/defective soap and the woman that was helping me discovered that it was just filled with water. No soap actually inside it. Can't exchange water she says. I ask if theirs anything I can do in the future to stop this from happening and she suggests smelling them, which I've always done. It smelled nice when I bought them so I didn't think anything of it. Benefit of the doubt sort of thing, you know. Also smelling one of all the same types of hand soap seems like that's all you need before grabbing multiple others off of the same shelf. I don't know if it was a malfunction at the factory or what but I definitely got jipped out of not only my hand soap that I've been looking forward to, but also my money.

I was at this Sudbury location yesterday. I haven’t been in since December. One of the staff, a lovely lady, came up to me with a candle and she said, I know you don’t like the sweet scents but you like the flowery ones. For sure I did like it. I was so touched and amazed she remembered me and my preferences. Kudos for having awesome staff.
