Love this place I went in to get my bracelet adjusted to my wrist but when I was there I fell in love with a stainless steel gold plated watch with jewls and I love it the gentleman was amazing I love working with him (don't have a name)

Had a bracelet repaired a few times here. They are super friendly, affordable (at least for small repairs from my experience), and relatively quick to get them back to you! Would definitely recommend based on the quality of service.

Very dissatisfied, took in 2 rings to be repaired and one to be appraised as we thought it was an alexandrite I was quoted just over 100 dollars each repair and 60 on the appraisal of the other ring in question … went to pick them up today after 2 weeks my diamond was actually 235 to repair not a phone call nothing to tell me it would be double and my other ring was not an alexandrite but the appraisal was not done so I still don’t know what it is as well cost double the appraisal 500 in total to repair 2 rings … I would not have repaired the second ring if I knew it wasn’t worth it but again no call or permission given to go ahead with the repair
