My family owns a business down the road from this gas bar across from shoppers we have been getting fuel here for years. Every time it appears to be the same lady working and every time she is rude and unpleasant to be around. She always speaks in an unfriendly manner using unprofessional language. Today after work I went in for gas and she stopped my pump so I went inside annd I had just opened the door before she screamed at me how I wasn’t allowed on my phone. So I asked to Pay and She asked “anything else” in an unpleasant way. So I politely told her she was being rude and she yelled across the counter at me about how she worked two jobs. Over the past years this gas bar has had our service but we will no longer be returning. Every time we enter she immediately gets annoyed. This was a very upsetting experience and I hope for better employees.

Brenda is the worst attendee here. Her customer service skills are on the floor. why does she even work here? I’m sure I’m not the first person to complain. I’m definitely going to head office. These kind of people need to be stopped.

I am appalled by the service I received at this Canadian tire!! A woman by the name of Brenda, not only tried to rip me off, she was extremely unprofessional! I’ve visited this Canadian tire location a handful of times, not only was her attitude snotty, but she was the most uncleanly person I’ve ever encountered In my whole entire life. This woman had snot running down her face, I thought it was because she was elderly. But I left asking myself if it was a drug induced weekend hangover/ bender. Very gross. I will not be back as this is not the first time she’s given me terrible customer service, I’m not one to jump on here for bad reviews but I hope she someday reads this.

I was there pumping gas at 4 in the afternoon and the lady working there named Brenda was very disrespectful to me and to everyone that was there I will no longer be going to that gas bar and I’ve been going there for years

I will not be returning to this gas station. Today the service attendant named Brenda was extremely rude to me. I can't believe that a reputatable company like Canadian Tire allows its loyal customers be abused by its staff. What ever happen to good customer service? I will drive miles out of my way to fill up from now on, so I can avoid the abuse from Brenda.

Brenda has zero people skills and needs to be fired. Worst experience I’ve ever had going there she talks to the customers poorly. I will not be going to this gas bar again my business is now with petro.

Only gas station I will go to (unless on a long drive). Love my CT rewards and the gas is usually the cheapest. Yvonne and Brenda are my favorite staff ❤️ I love seeing their faces when I go in to pay. They make me feel like family and we always have good chats.

We will not be supporting this gas station any longer. Our truck wouldn’t start at the pumps after getting gas, we tried to boost it, the cashier came outside and yelled at us and said we cannot boost at the pumps (I worked at a gas station before and never heard of this and we used to boost cars all the time at the pumps, plus there is no signage saying you cannot boost) then she proceeded to tell my husband and I we had to move our truck. So my husband had to push our truck out of the way! (We had our 2 dogs and baby in the truck as well) This lady has no customer service or compassion for others. She didn’t ask if we needed help, a tow truck or offered phone to call for help. She was also bad mouthing us to all the customers going inside to pay. Awful experience!

I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. The older lady whose always wearing a mask is probably the most miserable rude person I have interacted with. The only thing she did was escalate a situation. Maybe use a different tone when you’re approaching someone whose in distress. The most unprofessional thing I’ve seen. I have always been kind when going here. I’ll never support this gas bar again.
