Went in today to try and get an appointment cause my wheel was making a sound. The owner was super nice and asked one of his mechanics to take it for a spin to see what was going on. Gave me all the info and was super honest and straight forward. Will be using him from now on.

Just want to say thank you very much for the very helpful staff on this garage specially the lady inside the office (haven’t got her name). I was travelling back to the US and then after 5 hours of drive, my windshield visor is falling down because of the strong wind and that the tape is not holding it anymore. She then gave me to types of duct tape so to hold it for the meantime. She is really so helpful!. Thank you very much for your help!. I am now in the US on this time. Thank you so much!!. Really appreciated!.

My car’s heat shield broke while we were camping at Pinery, so I took it to Prosper’s Garage for repairs. Even though they were very busy, they managed to fit me in and reattached the heat shield for just $22.50. They’re honest, don’t overcharge, and are incredibly friendly. Best car repair shop in the area!

Outstanding service at Prosper's Garage today. The Appointment was made a few weeks ago and I was fortunate enough to receive a call and was bumped up a few days after a cancellation from another customer. Also, call received the day before appointment to confirm arrival time from Mark's Daughter at the Front Desk. Mark's Team took care of the Oil Change and he took me out to clarify a question I had for my Jeep. Overall customer service was uncomparable to any other garage in the South Huron area. Thank you kindly for you explanation Mark I will give you 5* for the Quality of Service. Will highly recommend your Auto Service to friends and Family. Carol

AMAZING SERVICE!We went on a camp trip last summer and my battery died.We thought that we'd have to drive all the way to Exeter in our other vehicle.Luckily we called this shop.Best choice we made.They were able to help us immediately.So impressed with the kind and caring service.The ladies that are running the reception are incredible and so knowledgeable and helpful.You made a difficult moment in our vacation disappear quickly.Thank you for your great service.Glad you were able to help us out and that we saved time and money going to you instead of Exeter!

Had stabilitrak come on and was eager to get it fixed and diagnosed took it to prospers. Said it needed a wheel hub 600$ repair. Took it in got it fixed drove 60 km just to have stabilitrak come back on. I wrote a review saying that I needed more than a bandaid and would like my vehicle fixed for the money i paid. Was called in saying they'd help but instead I was taken to the back of the shop by the owner and was told I will never be able to return or use his services and that "your children and wife don't need to hear what I'm saying" . So he clearly didn't like being called a fraud i had to own his misgivings and he wanst even accountable for what he did . he said he turned stuff on and off on my vehicle. When I left the garage he said get out of my garage under his breath infront of my family so another false front on his and prospers garage behalf. He spoke so highly of his reputation and oh every 4 or 5 years people like you come along. Well goodbye then. so I took it to Melrose garage and managed to learn it needed a wheel bearing for 300$ and all he did was but grease in the sensor. I also got a 400$ scanner in case a shady mechanic ever lies to me again and I have a TRUSTED auto mechanic now. So stabilitrak has been off since and heres a tip do not give this man your money. Don't even give him the shirt off of your back. He's a crook and he wanted to take me for 4 wheel hubs at 600$ a piece I paid half and stabilitrak hasn't turned on since. Anyway just my two cents. Thanks for your business!You made me feel so insecure about a automotive repair you took the responsibility for you're like the worst person ever. You didn't even blush after being called a traitor so. Process that for a minute. Instead you made me accountable you said here I can't help you after taking 600$ .

On Thursday August 17th, my family and I needed to go to the town to pump diesel into our car as well as in desperate need of DEF. the AdBlue light had come on our way to Pinery park and I drove quite a bit with the warning message. We looked up on google to find the nearest Napa. We arrived shortly after 5p and the store had closed at 430p. It was sad that we had just missed them. I got out of the car to look into the office to see if anyone was still there as I had seen few cars parked in the lot. It looked like everyone had gone home. As I was walking back to my car in disappointment and wondering where else I could go to purchase DEF, I saw a white truck with two male pull in. I asked the driver if he worked there and it turned out he was the owner, Mark. He was very kind to open the shop and sell me one of the DEF and get us on our way. I thanked God for making that possible and was very thankful of Mr. Mark for agreeing to allow me into the shop and sell me DEF. He could have very well said he was closed and directed me to go elsewhere. Thank you Mark for your help. When I took a quick glance in the shop, I also found it to be very clean and tidy. A very good sign I look for in a mechanic shop. Too bad you are too far from where I reside or else you would have become my mechanic shop.

We were camping in the area, and noticed our truck tire was leaking air, so stopped by this shop. The staff was amazing, discovering a nail in our tire, and took our truck in to repair the leak within an hour. In addition, they welcomed us to a nice area behind their shop to walk our dog and wait comfortably. The shop itself was extremely clean and well organized. Would highly recommend this shop!Service: Tires
