These Lady’s are the best in Lambton Shores Grandbend and Ontario. Not only that but I have never walked out not happy with the quality of print and how fresh and smiley I walk out. All my lady friends have noticed :) thank you impressions !!! See you when I seado ;)

No store policies listed anywhere. Workers were so disrespectful and played the victim when my friends and I confronted them about their wrongdoings. Genuinely would never return to this store again. Disgusting behaviour and products, including shoes, break within 5 minutes of leaving the store, or are incredibly uncomfortable and unbearable to wear. We asked for a refund or exchange and they told us to leave the store. Horrible experience.Edit: It’s easy to see the poor management even in their responses. I love to support small businesses but they are outwardly disrespectful. I find it baffling how stores don’t take responsibility for their poor quality products. So yes, please show me the video.

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would with no hesitation. Genuinely the worst shop in Grand Bend. They use their “store policies” (which aren’t posted ANYWHERE in their store) as a method to scam people and not allow exchanges for their subpar products. Behaviour from staff is unfriendly and accusatory. They are incredibly rude and hostile towards anyone with concerns about their products and scream at customers to get out of their store. Truly one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Sold me a product I left the store and it broke within 12hrs.. I went to exchange and they told me they could but they have a sign that said EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS.. also they are rude and inconsiderate

Owners are very rude and arrogant. They accused me of stealing and made me stay in the store till the police showed up. The owners seem nice but it’s all a show clearly for there customers. I support small business but this one should definitely be skipped when choosing where to shop on the strip.

Ridiculous store and staff. A joke to grand bend. I am appalled by the experience my friends and I had. The owners were harassing my friend with no evidence whatsoever! DO NOT GO HERE!! Thank you to Erica for trying to mediate the situation.

If you are in Grand Bend this is the best place to buy tshirts or other clothing. Great selection and quality. Lots of other touristy things as well.

What I thought was a nice store with decent pricing turned out to be an awful experience. Bought two t-shirts and they were placed in the back of my car, untouched after theemployee packed them. When I took them out, it looks like the ink bled. When I called and asked what they could do for me (i.e replace the shirt), the owner insisted with an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude that it was my fault the ink bled through (despite her packing them, and having them untouched). Not only did she do this, but she laughed at me when I asked. She said all she could do was give me 25% off on my next purchase and when I asked her what I could do to try and get the stain out, she said “You already ruined it. I would have never packed them like that,” implying that I lied about leaving them alone, I suppose? This accusatory attitude continued throughout our two conversations. I asked for the number or contact to the person above her or her superior, she refused to give it to me, claiming that it was company policy. Wouldn’t even give me a name. Sad to see a small business have an attitude like this and it’s sad that I have to leave a negative review on a small business. They get the job done I suppose as long as they pack them right, otherwise they’ll disrespect you and your time, and you’ll be out 75 dollars. Would like to speak to her superior, but thats not possible.

Love this store! They’re open year round for my custom printing, kids clothing and great gifts. Always friendly, reasonably priced & carry quality brands. Highly recommend.
