Great service from the staff at the GB store. Sorted out a few issues I was having and explained the new services coming up. Also set up a service tech to follow up on an issue which happened within 1 hour of leaving the office. Excellent results driven service!

*edit* since our communications yesterday Hays have reviewed my account and did what I thought was the right thing, we will continue our service and my wife and I appreciate Hays and Brian’s help with the matter.Very poor customer service, they changed the way they were doing things at the park we are at and expect use to pay for a service we aren’t using. To be honest the internet was spotty at best last year, I’m not even sure it was worth what they were charging when we are there to use it
