just drove to Grand Bend checked online first and it said OPENED …Park walk to the store to see its clearly not opened ! Ok says 11am it was shortly after so thinking they got a late start , walk the strip get back to see them setting up , now it’s closer to 12 . I walk over to ask the girl if 5hey are opened only to get the door closed in my face ? … get home check online again it says OPENED NOW !!!!! Well all I know is they missed out on a sale as there were 3 of us expecting to buy and one lady was buying gifts to bring home with her ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ?????

My husband and I were in the store a couple of days before Christmas. We purchased 6 adult Great Lakes hoodies and 1 size 2T sweatshirt and a sloth stuffed animal. My daughter wanted the tye-dye hoodie, so we bought that for her. My daughter's hoodie is now (7 months later), not what it should be. All of the dye has run, and yes, it was washed in cold water. This is terrible after spending over $400 in the store. Please make this right!

We were in the store New Year’s weekend and found the owner very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We bought a few T-shirts and some coffee mugs. We are a repeat customer we went in the summer as well and bought hoodies. I love them. They are perfect for the Cottage. We will be back when you are open again

I was astonished to find out after buying one that most of the Great Lakes branded hoodies and shirts have been copied from apparel created by Archie’s down the street. The quality is not the same as Archie’s- who also donate a portion of the hoodie sales to the Lake Huron Coastal Centre. Disappointing!

Search this store shows open, drove 25 minutes to shop store wasn’t open. More accurate hours posted would be great. Online shopping would be a great addition to this store.. can you please update your hours.

So many of these reviews are accurate! Came in with my wife hoping to get some Grand Bend merchandise. Immediately was interrupted by a worker pushing us to buy the sweater and watching us intently. As she went to try it on, I overheard the workers saying she was going to steal it so be ready. As a person of colour, this really frustrated my wife and I, making us immediately want to leave. It felt like every step we took, we had the scary man working there follow us in arms reach and staring us in the eyes. Going back up the street, I made sure that my wife and I walked on the other side of the road and even then, the man stared us down the entire way. I felt horribly for my wife who felt uncomfortable and scared. If you are ever considering Grand Bend merchandise, DON’T GO HERE. STAY AWAY!

The store itself is great, but this one blonde woman with short hair had no chill. I came here on a small vacation and on my first day I went to this shop and was helping my bf try on clothes. This lovely Latina woman was helping us, bc my bf speaks Spanish he was talking to her. As we were choosing the designs for the sweater a blonde women who worked there approached me and asked if I was gonna buy the sweater I was holding. I replied with “oh no thanku didn’t even realize I was still holding this”and I gave it to her to hang up. After this we went to buy our sweaters and get them designed and the blonde lady says really loud to her co workers “I told you what was going on here they are trying to steal o told u we need to watch them” and so I was like sorry whatno I’m just trying to buy this. And she said “ don’t playdumb with me , u were trying to hide the sweater under ur towel” first of all the sweater was on top of the towel not like it was hidden or anything at all suspicious. and second of all I was holding it for my bf bc he was trying on clothing. And then she said that we should leave to store even tho we were just trying to buy clothes lol but anyways, it feels really bad that she just accused me for no reason. Based on simply suspicion. I didn’t even do anything wrong. I was just checking out and getting the print on the shirt. Luckily the wonderful Latin woman apologized for her rude co workers inappropriate behaviour. Heads up to anyone going in there, if u have a bag a purse or a towel they will probably accuse u of stealing. Especially the girl with short blonde hair, we did end up finding other sweaters at a flea market down the road, her name is daisy and we ended up getting WAY BETTER sweaters from her with great original designs so I recommend going there instead as I’ve seen other reviews saying the same thing about being accused of stealing. I wish I would have gotten the blonde woman’s name so I could warn u of her. But she was short with short blonde hair. Most of the workers there were great except for her:( .

I Waked in with sun glasses on my head , found a new pair from them i had full intentions of buying so i took the sunglasses off my head and my husband put them in my bag , within seconds we were accused of stealing and they searched my bag .Mind you the whole time i was talking to a male worker there about the sunglasses he watched me take my own pair of sunglasses off and yet still searched me.
