I cannot state enough how impressed I am with gocasual. There selection was great, there prices very competitive and when we had an issue with a chair we bought 3 years ago I called them and a week later replacement parts showed up at my doorstep no questions asked. A rare and true customer value experience.

Previously purchased outdoor furniture here and found staff to be helpful. Contacted today with a question and was surprised at how rude and unwilling to assist the person in "Sales" was. I visit Grand Bend often and won't be stopping in again.

Bought chairs from them 13 years ago, great quality. Brought them in to get some new fabric and a tune up last month. They look like new! I am so happy with this team!
