Bob Case is a real expert at what he does. We have a water heater system under contract with Reliance. When it stopped working, two of their mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong or fix it. We reached out to Bob, and he was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes. He fixed it up, and we were good to go. He's a wonderful person to work with.
