Service is impeccable! And food is phenomenal. Their dishes are fresh, balanced and refreshing. I do find the pools to be a little small and their interiors could use some renovations. But overall still a great experience

Loving the castle like main building and the cottage like rooms. The spa is situated at a huge property with lots of green space. It feels relaxing and refreshing. The level of service is reasonable but at that HIGH end price, I was expecting more than average spa service level.

We came for a retreat. It was a lovely stay, beautiful ambience and friendly staff.
It’s such a great property, the food was cold and arrived slow for our dinner.
Overall the service was great but slow.
