This is a well organized and well stock shop for groceries when you are in the Gore Bay area. Staff are friendly and helpful and you can be in and out in timely fashion. Drop by and see for yourself. Recommended! ?

The dairy products, milk and cream, are always bad, and they don't do refunds on dairy. So I spend the extra money to get my stuff fresh at Foodland, unfortunately.

Well, that was a wasted trip for groceries. The website says open until 7 on Friday. Started shopping at 6 and was told the store was closing. Others were going up to the door just after 6 only to find it was closed. The website needs to be updated.

While all grocery stores have taken advantage of supply chain issues to raise, and continue to raise, prices. This store has the added benefit of being the only store in town. I want to support local but it saves me hundreds of dollars per month, after gas, to drive to another community.
What happened to just being happy with a good, profitable busness?

Moldy strawberries on the shelf, roof was leaking onto the floor in the cereal isle with no wet floor sign to be seen. Staff need a lesson on customer service and be taught how to at least smile
