Awful customer service, I called and set up auto pay from a guy names Alex, he was nice and assured me it was set up. I called when I didn't see any withdrawal and he said there might have been and error and he would fix it. Now I find out he never set anything up every and a very rude woman Christina didn't seem to care when I called in a panic just wanted me to pay it and then hung up on me after I have my VISA so bravo team.

Great service from W O Stinson today. We suddenly and unexpectedly had to have our propane turned off around 1pm today leaving us (2 seniors) without heat or hot water. The lovely young lady in the office called me less than 2 hours later to say they had located the part we needed, sent someone to pick it up and would be installing it before end of day today. Thank you to all at Stinson for taking such swift action and for your outstanding service. You are the best.

We happily got our propane off Stinson. Our first issue was when Stinson tried charging us close to 800$ for an inspection on a brand new trailer that was already inspected. The guy did it in 7 minutes. We complained as to why trailer was being inspected a second time when it was never used and already inspected!!They fixed bill!!! Removed inspection feeSecond issue comes to light.. we got our propane off Stinson. Rented tanks at 6$ per tank...They tried sending us a bill for 25$ per tank for rental...never notifying us and threatening to take tanks... we refused to pay their 25$ per tank cost. Spoke with representatives and was assured amount would be adjusted to the 6$. We were notified that we must get propane off them, in.which we tried this year but our application was denied. We asked what we can do and they said nothing..get it somewhere else! We did..They notify us at end of year we could have put a 500$ deposit down to get propane...they never told us that at beginning of year!Crooks!!!They never revised bill, trying to collect 25$ per tank again, 270$ owing in their minds....threatening to take out full tanks. Representatives are very rude unprofessional and this experience has become a nightmare!I advise anyone looking to get propane to look elsewhere! DO not deal with this company and certainly do not trust them.We are now proceeding with small claims court with this company!!AVOID using Stinson at all costs!

Avoid using this company for anything propane related! They will quote you one price and charge another. This company is out to rip off the average consumer! Very bad customer service, very rude. Read reviews before doing business with this company.

I recently contacted Stinson to replace my AC when it quit working. Paul, Leanne, and Chris provided friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service. They patiently answered all my questions, their pricing was in line with other quotes, and a quick installation date was offered. Given my previous experience with Stinson for replacement of a water tank and fuel delivery, I have opted to go with them again as I am confident I will continue to receive good customer service.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but man this wasn't a great experience. Today I bought $30 of gas from WO Stinson in Kingston, prepaid on my debit card, and started to leave without any issue. Suddenly the cashier comes running out yelling "you didn't pay!" and demanded that I pay a $10 for gas that wasn't mine from a pump I didn't use. We argued for a while and I eventually paid just to get out of there, but I will never be returning after being treated that way.

Stinson gas stations are a pleasure to use. The buildings and facilities are clean and bright. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I had an employee in Napanee make my day with friendly conversation! It’s a little thing that really made a big difference to me!. ?

I was just about to pull in to get gas at the bank street location and got stuck because the street plow had just gone by, right away without even asking the Stinson's gas attendant came right over to help me. I was amazed at how nice and helpful they were there. Kindness goes along way especially now a days.

Came to the gas station this morning (12/3/22) around 6:40am to quickly grab some gas before heading to work as I often do. Accidentally ripped my bill and was refused gas. I had the whole bill! And the cashier refused the money. It literally takes nothing to be kind! I won’t be using Stinson again. Luckily for me the guy at the Quickie just down the street was AMAZING!! He taped my bill, made sure I was okay and I got my gas. And I happily made my way to my residents.

Well I had to call head office because I was getting no where with Napanee and they called Napanee and someone called us back after a whole week calling and no response back from anyone. But when Debbie called us back she said they will get someone else out here on Friday, another whole week but just to look not to do anything so that means we wait longer. Mind you we bought a new furnace from them and a brand new AC so I guess your not a priority to them. We wish we had of bought from somewhere else might have got better service. I thought Stinson's were better then that. And if you talk to Dean there he forgets the second you hang up that you called.

We were hoping to switch from oil to propane, and Chris Araujo was our home comfort rep. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. What could have been tortuous, was instead a pleasant experience.

Not happy at all with the amount of gas I pay and the amount i received in my tank...usually when I pay 20 $ I have 13 ltr which gives me another 120 klm to travel, in that gas station I saw at the pump 20$ and 13 litres at the ⛽ but my car klm counter move up for just another 65klm.I dont like to pay for fresh air...
