Went to UniglassPlus cause I had a chip in my windshield. Called the day before, Peppi (owner) was able to get me in the next day. Came in, no issues, car got brought in and it was fixed within the hour. I cant even see the chip anymore! Peppi was very polite, very informative cause I was asking questions for other products he did. Will definitely go back!Thank you very much!!

Had an amazing experience of the quality and service from UNIGLASS in Ottawa. Peppi fixed me right up and walked me through the process for fixing my chip on my van. Even went above and beyond helping resolve my issue with insurance! (Travelers). Great business to work with.

Had stone chip fixed today. It is second time go at this location and both times service was outstanding and was done within promised time. They are very professional. They even took time to wash my vehicle! Greatly appreciated

Booked an appointment online, Mark CLEARLY communicated it as March 5th, my ADHD brain registered it as Wednesday (March 6th...). Showed up on Wednesday ready for drop off- and I cannot express the gratitude I have for the kindness Mark shared with my being a whole day late. We rescheduled and it was no big deal. As an ADHDer, these human moments carry extra shame, and to be met with kindness and understanding means alot/saves me from having to manage a few hours of distress. They haven't even done the detailing yet and I`m already a big fan- that's how precious everyday kindness is for folks like me. Thank you Mark!
