All my 3 owned dogs(Corky, Coco, Mattie) have all gone to Shay thru many years...she is a wonderful person and groomer , I wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else. My cat also goes there to have her nails trimmed.The store staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful as well. Would recommend this place.

My dog Cody has been groomed by Shay for many years. She and the Pet Shoppe staff are absolutely amazing, from the friendly greeting at the door, to questions answered about products and treats. My dog actually doesn’t mind going in and loves the treat after grooming. Highly recommend The Pet Shoppe

My chihuahua Rèmy loves Shay and Maryanne! They are such a loving and professional dynamic duo I know he’s always in wonderful hands. He always comes back to me looking happy and handsome!

We really love this store. Shay and her team take great care of our cat and dog, and they are incredibly knowledgeable on specific pet needs and grooming products. The shop is also full of safe and healthy options for pets. Really great store and staff all around.

payed 220 for a 120 cut because our dogs were 'fussy' . We were not informed before of any additional charges due to a dogs behaviour. Was also very rude and unprofessional

We love to bring our little Ellie here, she always looks great and smells fresh after being groomed by Shay. Having a groomer with patience, knowledge, and experience makes a huge difference. Recommend booking as early as possible as they are usually booked up a few weeks in advance (especially during the holidays!)

Shay is the most wonderful groomer our dog has visited. She is extremely professional and experienced. We have always had the easiest and best service available. Kate the store manager is also very helpful and great at the store. Thank you to a great staff.

Great pet store. Products we like. Staff is very friendly, always making our two Westies and my spouse and I feel welcome. We have used their grooming services since our Westies joined our family. Shae and her team provide excellent care for our dogs and they always look fabulous afterwards. We know they are in good hands at The Pet Shoppe.

We buy all our dog food from this store. The staff are great to deal with and are very helpful.We also get our dogs groomed here. Shay does an amazing job and the dogs love her! Highly recommend Shay for all your pets' grooming needs.

Rarely answer our emails, and then when we do get an appointment booked for our dog it gets cancelled last minute. Will be finding another place and recommend you do too. Ridiculous how you can book an appointment 1.5 weeks in advance and they can just cancel it within 1hr of the appointment. You'd think a place that cares about their reputation would go above and beyond to try and find a solution. Absolute joke.
