We worked with Andre to purchase and install roller blinds. I have nothing but good things to say about Andre. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and responsive. And the blinds turned out exactly as we were envisioning. When we can afford to purchase blinds for the rest of our home, we will definitely be returning.

Normally I don't write negative reviews, but today I had a bad experience in this place: I arrived to pick up a small painting I ordered yesterday and the sales person literally insulted me and yelled at me because according to her they had already picked it up.
I was the only person who could pick it up and I didn't after screaming at me several times and look down on she found the paint and no even an apology. The manager came and I explain the situation .. I said to her the least you can do is apologies and again she screamed at me. the manager apologies for the situation and sent her to the back of the store.
We have an account in that store for years... isn't not right to try customers like that.

We picked us a gallon of special moisture rated ceiling paint for saunas and some Sico products for house exterior, staff were very helpful and friendly and even helped carry stuff to the vehicle. Will be contacting the blinds specialist for a home application review and recommendations.

We recently used the services of The Decorators Choice when our living room blind broke. Andre personally oversaw our entire interaction with the store, giving us options on new blinds vs. repair and removing and re-installing the blind. We were thoroughly impressed with the excellent and meticulous service and very glad we called this store. Highly recommended!

I regret hiring Airlie to help me choose materials for my kitchen renovation. I trusted her judgement and accepted her advice on a quartz countertop that she thought would work with my cabinets. The countertop is now installed and the result is extremely disappointing. She is not accepting any blame stating that it was my decision in the end; however, I hired her for her presumed experience and to make my decision easier.
