S'il peuvent le reprendre, je le fais nettoyer et, si les tâches ne partent pas, tant pis, il ne sera pas pris sous garantie. Mais que je sache au moins s'il est garantissable. Je ne vais pas payer 150$ pour un matelas défectueux au bout de 3 ans, si je ne suis pas sur que vous pourrez le prendre.Mais ils ne veulent rien savoir, les employés en boutique n'ont aucun pouvoir.Une honte, pour un spécialiste des matelas.1- 1200$ de matelas et défectueux en 3 ans2- quasiment injoignable3- 4 mois pour avoir un retour alors que je les avais prévenu que cela affectait mon dos et, j'ai du les harceler pour avoir un suivi.4- m'oblige à payer 100$, sans que je ne sois sur qu'ils peuvent le reprendre.

Staff were friendly. Parking is out front but they may ask you to drive out behind to pick up the mattress. Note: Google maps has you drive through a parking lot just prior to arrival. You can trust it as it does work out but it is kind of surprising!
