“Fantastic experience with Penske Ottawa location. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed for our rental. We probably asked for 15 different accommodations to our reservation the two gentlemen at the front desk did everything in their power to deliver on every one. Also, they never once seemed annoyed with us, even when I know our requests were a bit much. They delivered on every front. This level customer service was what all Penske locations should strive for. I will 100% use Penske Ottawa truck rental for my future truck rental needs. :D”

They took the time to carefully inspect it, even putting our vehicle on the lift to make sure everything was safe and secure. Their professionalism and kindness gave us real peace of mind on a busy Saturday, right in the middle of our road trip.
