The lady who works here is so rude and nasty, she got mad when I asked for the gas receipt because the printer at the pump didn't work, I will never come back to any Pioneer for the gas again, this is not the way to treat your customers, honestly this rude lady should be fired immediately!!!

I come at this pioneer location every other day to get gas. Sometimes I buy carton of cigratte also. Today April 1st at 4:30 pm I visited and I was having issues at the pump for paying at the pump before pumping gas. I went in to explain the situation to the cashier. The cashier was extremely rude and start raising her voice on me. She disrespected me. She treated me like a trash. I felt like I am brown person that's why she treated me differently. The cashier does not greet nor say thanks when customer leaves. Is this how pioneer employees treat their customers.? Extremely disappointed. Cashier should not treat people based on their colour.

horrible service. I came in on june 16 2023 around 6:30pm and I got yelled at by an old lady who works there, for no reason. Just go get gas somewhere else.

The old man that works here always refuses to break a $20 for simple change. Kind of wish the bank machine was set up in a different location other than here to avoid this :(

The air pump machine will steal your coins, only use the tap.Print out message on the machine says they are not responsible for the operation of the machine. So you can assume they are aware of the problem.

The absolute slowest pumps in the city. Took almost 10min to fill up 50L. Started off taking about 10 seconds per litre. When the driver on the other side started pumping the slow pump went into a crawl. I took a video but there is no way to upload here. Had to stop pumping even though my tank wasn't full because it was just taking so long.

There is something going on with the pumps. As mentioned in other reviews, the pumps are really slow and the gas seems to be a wee off compared to the gas from other stations.
