Fantastic Service! My wife and I needed to purchase 2 ceiling fixtures. Julien Philion was amazing. We discussed what was important to us and he showed us fixtures that could meet our needs. He explained design considerations, delivery and price. I also had an older track lighting system and Julien successfully located the replacement parts I needed. I recommend Julien and Multi-Luminaire.

In-store experience is good, otherwise customer service is very poor. I ordered lights that needed to be shipped to the store and was told they’d arrive within 2 weeks. I called just after 2 weeks and was told my order wasn’t in their system and to expect a follow-up. After several days of no follow-up, I called 2 more times and emailed twice with no response. After a month, I tried calling again and was told my items had been discontinued and my order was cancelled… No one notified me and I was told I’d have to come into the store for a refund or to exchange for something else. I live outside of Ottawa and was eventually able to get a refund issued over the phone. The store didn’t offer any apologies or signs of courtesy for the inconvenience. I was waiting on these lights as the final touch to my bathroom renovation :(

Update. Wish i could gice 0 stsrs.Happened to go back. Same experience. Very few customers, a few employees that don't appear busy. Zero interaction. Surprising they're still in busy. Took my business to the electrical and plumbing store. Polar opposite. Great customer service.Just spent 40 minutes at the Innes Road store. We were the only customer and not once did someone come by to ask if we had questions or needed help. Sure we could have asked but surprised by such lack of proactive customer service! Guess our business wasn't worth the effort! Wow, amazing in such a bad way!

This location is absolutely BRUTAL. The staff know NOTHING about what they're selling. It's a joke.I first ordered some basic track lighting that I can easily attain at Home Depot. Took 3 weeks to come in. Fair enough. Hire my electrician, they come in and let me know that the kit is not complete.. SO!!!! I go in and order the pieces I need. 2 weeks later..... Again, hire my electrician......guess what? WRONG pieces.I'll be seeking my electricians costs and a full refund.Do not deal with this location. I have always used the west end location, but happened to be in the East end and figured why not. NIGHT and DAY.. BRUTAL. Again, I'll be seeking the electricians fees on this and returning the product.

The service at Multi Luminaire on Innes Road in Gloucester was excellent. I was helped by Dima Chedid, a knowledgeable employee who went above and beyond to assist me with multiple purchases, going out of her way to figure out a solution when there was a backorder from a manufacturer. I will definitely buy from this location again!
