We found a chair that we loved on the floor because it was small enough for me and very soft and consistently and supportive and comfortable on my back, so we ordered it. The chair that arrived has no resemblance to the one we tried in the store. We've been told it just needs to "wear in" but its been 4 months now and the chair we have continues to be extremely hard in several places, including in the middle of my lower back, while it's poor sewing means it is understuffed and under padded in other areas, like the middle of my shoulder blades. This chair was supposed to be a surface I could sit in when I had intense back pain and instead it's a surface that invariably causes me intense back pain even when I was doing fine. We have tried everything to break this stupid chair in, but the reality is that the more we try, the more the hard parts overpack and the underpadded parts empty. The cushions are just sewn terribly and the packing material is just fundamentally different than the one we tried in store.We're convinced that the chair they sent us is fundamentally different than the one we tried in the store, that their floor models are simply a lot better than the ones they actually send you. Whats worse is their return policy. If you have a problem, you literally only have 3 days to bring the chair back or seek help, and only at their discretion. We bought the extended warranty but we have no options or help because the only time you can use it is if the chair spontaneously combusts in a way that the store deems to be bad enough.I will never buy another thing from Lazboy for as long as I live

Shipping Receiving office staff is Nice. Starting time 9:30 am .Less space for back up specially if you have bunk truck. In and out with in 1 and half hours. No overnight parking possible.

Went in twice in the last 4 months, and both times we were welcomed very well by their sales representatives. I never felt like they were pushy and trying to get a sale, I really felt like they wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and both times, they did exactly that! Their warranty is also super awesome, if you get it and don't use it, you get that money back as a store credit when the 5 year warranty is over. It would be silly not to get it, everybody wins!

We bought 7000$ worth of furniture , we had specific request for materials . Turn out not even a year later sofa is being picked up by the garbage truck cause they said they couldn't do anything . Now calling cause I have problems whit my recliner. Unable to manage a call. Turns out will be 7000$ in the garbage. Thanks LA-Z-Boy. Big rip off! Never again.

I had a great experience with knowledgeable people from La-Z-Boy. I bought a recliner elevating chair for my mom that moves in many positions. It also has heat and massaging therapy. You can choose different colors and materials. The furniture, decors, and wall displays at La-Z-Boy are of great quality and beautiful. Very friendly place and great atmosphere ?.

We walked in looking for a recliner for my wife, who's 5ft tall, and we were quickly pointed to the ones that would best fit her for her to try. After trying about 5 or 7 of them she found the one she felt the most comfortable with. Then quickly verified that we could take it home right then and there. Quick, efficient and friendly service. We had put off going since we usually prefer to shop online, but trying the recliners was definitely better. The shop is big and has many options, and we were lucky that many of my wife's top choices were on sale.

The staff at Lazboy act nice until they get your money and then you will experience the arrogant and rude manners. When it's too late to cancel and run away. Stay away of this cult. They can't handle more than the Grampa chair type of orders, give them a large order and they will get confused and lost and you will have to waste your vacation days dealing with their confused employee.

Bought a couch, am very pleased with it. Excellent customer service and the management is great.UPDATE:ZERO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!11 months in, the couch seat stuffing has flattend to the point of sitting on a board, had a repair guy come for creaks, thumps and other sounds when you change position, those are normal sounds he said! I live alone, average weight....my 12 lbs dog can flatten the head rest by just laying on it. I have to puff up the minimal stuffing every day. The charging station is so slow, I don't use it. Worst $5000.00 purchase I've ever made. There is a 7 day return policy!I will never shop LAZYBOY again, no quality.

EDIT: I’m updating my review from a (2) to a 3.5), as following my initial review I received a call from Lazeboy management who had seen my review and wanted to help alleviate some of the struggles we’ve had with our purchase thus far.We had issues with getting ahold of our salesman, and overall just a lack of information about what was going on with our delivery. We were originally quoted 8 weeks for delivery, which then turned to 10 weeks with a delivery date another 2 weeks out (for 12 weeks total).The manager I spoke to was very helpful and seemed to want to fix these issues. She is helping to advance our delivery date to the next available opportunity (hopefully next week) as opposed to the first week of April, and has given us a free delivery as well for our troubles. It is nice to know that Lazeboy cares about their customers experiences at their stores, and so I’m happy to modify my review to reflect that.

Not sure of the employees name but there was a gentleman in the warehouse that was absolutely incredible to my grandmother. She wanted to see her chair before we brought it him. He set it all up helped her up the stairs with me as she’s in her 80s. Was the best service I had anywhere. Long black hair with a beard. Whoever he was he is the reason I’ll be back. I purchased two chairs with extended warranty, which Iwas told it covered the whole chair. One of the chairs sunks in the back so I tried to call numerous times, left messages which were not returned. It took me over a year before I finally got through to an actual person. They sent out a person to assess the problem and was told it was a foam problem and that foam was not covered under the warranty, which I refused to pay for. As of today I am still arguing to have the chair fixed. So much for their customer service.

What an amazing experience! Nancy and Magaly’s visit and guidance, the delivery guys respect and organisation, the technicien’s skills in fixing my couch, the service after buying is top and La-Z-Boy changes or acknowledges any situation and finds solutions to respect the customer and their solid quality reputation. I am very impress and very pleased by my beautiful and solid furniture. I should have chose La-Z-Boy a long time ago…Thank you to every one of you (at Cyrville store) who made my house a lovely magazine look that is ssssooo comfy! I recommand without any doubt. It is a plus in my life!
