Had everything as a Nigerian that I couldn't find at some other stores! Friendly customer service too, & prices were reasonable in my opinion.

Definitely a good choice for people living around that area. The price-band is higher than the supermarkets located a few miles away. Some special types of food which are difficult to find in other stores like dry fish, flours of special cereals/grains and vegetables are available here. The staff there was very helpful and friendly in locating the material of my choice.

They have a wide variety of items that are hard to find in other grocery stores, such as goat! Their spices and dried goods are also very reasonably priced. The customer service is always very friendly. Overall a good place to shop. Thanks!

Lovely little neighborhood store with very affordable groceries and household goods. They have everything from batteries to tomatos to grass jelly in a can, and always grab a warm Jamaican patty on your way out! Love supporting little gems in the neighborhood like this.

Korems is a variety store that specializes in African and Carribean groceries, but they also carry imported clothes, shoes, accessories (like scarves and purses), and beauty/hair products. I went in primarily to see if they had any prepared meals or snacks. They just had beef patties. Signage said the brand they sell is Tastee Patties. I got 3 and they were $1.50 each, taxes included. They were a bit on the soft side, not too crispy and the filling was a bit on the dry side. The beef patties were not spicy despite the red dot which usually stands for spicy and they weren't that hot in temperature either, which I suppose is all for the best since they were served to me in a clear plastic bag and not the usual paper bags that beef patties come in. The store is filled with items, so it looks a little crammed, but it's brightly lit and items are neatly organized. I browsed their beverage section, as I love exotic drinks, but that section didn't have too much selection. I didn't look around too much, but they seem to have a large variety of things. I think if you are looking for ingredients to make African or Carribean dishes you will find it here. The man who served me, who I think is the owner was very courteous and pleasant. There is plenty of free parking in their private lot, some spots are at the front and some spots are on the side.
