“I really like Rona because of the great selection of products, good offers and sales, and amazing staff that is always very helpful and friendly. The only reasons I am not giving 5 stars are:
- Website. It hasn't a very efficient search engine and it can be hard to find some specific products;
- Lack of a phone app;
- and, even though I understand the reasons why, it is a shame they will not keep selling Kobalt products, since I invested in a lot of them over the years.”

“Tracy from the paint section is an outstanding worker. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She is beyond knowledgeable and patient. I was worried about paint smells and she opened multiple cans for me until I was comfortable and helped me select the best paint for the job I was doing at home. “Great selection of items and almost always have whatever it is you might be looking for (I recently bought an American standard toilet flapper), well priced, and the staff are always friendly and helpful (and can often suggest good solutions to problems). It's important to support local businesses.”

“Good morning,Every time I have been to this particular Rona store, I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. The employees are incredibly professional, they have the knowledge and abilities necessary to answer my needs and questions. I can completely trust them for the rest of my projects. In addition, I was able to meet the 2 owners who are totally fabulous. They listen to their customers, always with a smile and they give their 110% so that their customers are satisfied whatever their needs. I live in an area where there is another Rona. To my great satisfaction at Rona Boulevard Maloney, I prefer to make a detour to be sure to have the service I am looking for and to be able to leave with peace of mind with everything I need. Every time I go there I am satisfied and it always exceeds my expectations.”

I had a fantastic experience at Rona+ today thanks to Rebekah. Even though she was busy mopping when I walked in, she stopped immediately to greet me with a smile. She processed my return incredibly fast and was so friendly throughout the whole transaction. She even let me know about the customer survey for a chance to win a gift card. I had no idea that was even an option! Her helpful attitude really made my day, and I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks to her. I hope management sees this and rewards her for her outstanding service!! Thank you again to Rebekah. We will definitely be visiting this location again soon.”

“So far experience here is much better than the Coventry road Canadian Tire. The guy here also, asked me to ask dealer what tire size should I get. But, he also explained why isn't this safe for him to recommend a tire for my car.
He was also kind enough to provide me an estimated quote, based on the fact that I may go for a downsized rim. Really appreciated his efforts. The other day at the same store, another employee helped me to decide what's a potential fit for my car.
I mean I totally get it, that I should confirm from a dealer before making the purchase. But I still feel, anyone who sell tires should be able to do some research and tell for sure what's the best fit.
They delivered the same message as the Coventry store, but unlike them, had a super helpful attitude. Loved it.”

“I just want to give a huge thank you to William at Home Depot. I truly appreciate his kindness, patience, and willingness to help. He is literally a life saver. I had been trying to figure out a faucet and connector issue for MONTHS with no luck, and William took the time to really listen and help me solve it.
I was honestly feeling pretty desperate, especially after my dad passed away, and being in a situation where I needed help and didn’t know what to do anymore. William stepped in, helped me through it, and actually fixed the problem.
