“What a great store for imported Asian snacks, drinks and cosmetics. Their items are mostly from Japan and Korea. They have Kiss Me Heroine Make mascara! My favourite mascara, and their prices are reasonable (around $20). So many cool chips and fun drinks. The store is clean and neatly organized. Staff are friendly.”
“Big shout out to Matt. I needed a replacement cartridge for a discontinued American Standard bath and shower kit. I contacted American Standard with no luck, then a listed supplier with no luck. Should have called Preston Hardware first. Matt did some checking and got back to me when he said he would, and was able to special order the cartridge. Preston Harware come through again. Thanks.”

They listen to their customers, always with a smile and they give their 110% so that their customers are satisfied whatever their needs. I live in an area where there is another Rona. “A hydraulic hose on my tractor decided to break on a Friday at 4:30 p.m. As all the garages were closed I tried to find a place that could help me out on a Saturday. At Quincallerie Touraine they made me a custom hose on a Saturday morning at a more than competitive price. I'm definitely going to go back there.”

I came from 1h30 away I want to thank the manager who did everything possible with an employee so that I could obtain the fan from the Quebec region thank you to both of you I received my fan customer service 10/10 I hope they get this message and recognize it”

“We got in the showroom half an hour before closing time, not knowing Trina was going on a bathroom brake we asked for her assistance. She gladly helped us out and we had the opportunity to look at options while she took care of her nature's call ;-) . We managed to find what we were looking for and Trina managed to write us a quote a few minutes before closing time ! . The next day I called her because we had a change of mind on one item ... didn't take long to get an email with a new quote. We placed our order. 5 stars personalized customer service !”
