“These guys are amazing! I was terrified of my new tank that had just been filled somewhere else. The tank was hissing and leaking propane and I was afraid it might explode. These guys took control, assessed the problem and FIXED it. They immediately purged the tank down to its proper rating because it had been overfilled by 13 lbs. This was not the fault of the place that filled it but a fault in my valve which had prevented the built in safety features in the dispenser ( auto shut off) from working properly. The moral of the story for me is that I will always fill by weight in the future.”
“I filled my car's gas tank up once while I was in Ottawa. After stuffing myself with grub for lunch at a nearby restaurant last Friday, I saw this Petro-Canada and stopped by. It had steady business. I had no problem finding a free pump. I tried paying at the pump, but the authorization was declined. I tried it again and it did the same thing. It was odd. The reason why this review gets a high rating is my seeking help from the man at the convenience store attached to this gas station. I couldn't tell if it was an issue with my credit card or the pump. I asked if he could pre-approve an amount for me. We went through the process of approving $70 worth of gas on my credit card. This transaction was also denied. It proved to me that there was something weird happening with my credit card. I thanked him for his efforts troubleshooting with me. I sat in my car and called my credit card company. It is known to do fraud checks. It decided to initiate a check and put a hold on my card when I tried to pay for gas at the pump. I find my credit card company to be odd. I've been in Ottawa for a week and you now flag a gas pre-authorization on it? I got the hold taken off my credit card. I was then able to pay at the pump. I swiped my Petro-Points card to earn points, my 407 ETR card to get a discount for each litre of gas, and them my credit card to pay. It worked at long last. Woo hoo! I successfully filled my gas tank up. I was happy. It was way too much work after lunch, but I'm glad that I was still alert. It's a decent gas station. I'd return here again to fill up my car's gas tank and hope that my credit card is hold-free due to a perhaps random fraud check. (238)”

“I contacted the manager to get a refund on my car wash charge after realizing I had bought two , accidentally. The manager was very understanding about my own misunderstanding about not being able to interpret my receipt and returned my money immediately.I’m impressed with the manager’s explanation about her staff who might be in training and wouldn’t have been able to give me a refund which I now understand.Thank you Econo and of course I will return for my gas and car wash needs.”

“Car wash is great and definitely one of the better touchless ones in the area! Car rarely requires more cleaning afterwards. Dryers blow very strong as well. Typically there is always a lineup cause it's great! No paint damage is also a plus compared to the nearby washes that use brushes.”

“Even though I just spent way to much money on gas, I dound myself leaving your location with a smile on my face.
Your attendant Ahmed (the gentleman working July 4th, 2019@5pm) was sooooo nice. All the pumps were filled and he was completely at ease, super polite and efficient.
If every interaction with a gas station attendant was this pleasant, I bet you that less people would be concerned about gas prices lol”

“I only go here for getting my car washed for the reason that they’re the best around. It’s touchless which is great and I have never had an issue with my car coming out uncleaned. I have the premium fast pass (you save money with the package deals) and for the $90 getting 10 washes I have no complaints. The car wash app is a good feature allowing me to purchase more using from my phone instead of having to go inside to reload my card. 5/5 definitely recommend.”
“Went to buy ice and the friendliest staff person came out to unlock the case (instead of tossing me the key) and helped load the cooler in my car. Kind and helpful service, really stands out in this world.”

“Always fill up here. Its usually about $0.05 cheaper than elsewhere, although a few weeks ago the price at Costco was higher than a few other gas stations in the area. Kind of surprising!”
