From chatting and talking about equipment/process, you can tell that what profits Don makes, he invests right back into his people and tools, which is great to see local businesses do.

Excellent work and great customer service. Very honest garage that doesn’t try upsell or do unnecessary things. Don and team have done a lot of things above and beyond including fabricating a part for my husbands car which saved him thousands of dollars vs a dealership.

I love taking my vehicles to Dons. As a woman, it’s nice to know he’s not trying to get more money from me.I’ve trusted Don with all of my vehicles, for many years. His prices are fair. They pay attention to detail and only work on what is needed. They will recommend anything else that they feel is needed as well. Before any work is done he always gives a call to make sure we’re on the same page and discusses pricing. There’s never any hidden fees when I pick up.

Don and his mechanics are top-notch and scrupulously honest. My daughter lives out of town and had to get a safety recall repair done at the dealership where she lives. While there, the technicians identified a number of other repairs “that needed to be addressed”. She told them she was going home to Ottawa for a holiday. They said one repair had to be done right away because it was a safety issue. She paid for them to do it but made an appointment with Don to have the remaining repairs done while she was home. Don and his crew inspected the car top-to-bottom, test drove it and found absolutely no trouble with the car. Saved my daughter, a student, $1,000 in unnecessary repairs. If that wasn’t enough, Don helped my daughter find an independent mechanic in London. Just one of many examples of Don’s honesty and above-and-beyond approach to his clients.

Moved my daughter to Ottawa about a month ago and noticed Don's shop in her neighbourhood. A couple of weeks back her car died on the way to work. She had it towed to Don's shop. They did the rest. She was told it might take a day or so but she got it back ready to roll again 5 hours later. Extremely impressed by the care and attention they provided and the timely service they delivered. Customers for life now!

I can’t say enough good things about Don. Beyond his impeccable integrity, he is such a wonderful human being. It’s clear he prides himself in true connection with his clients - he has served my family for 3 generations (my grandfather, my aunt, myself) and now my family. He remembers us everytime we come in; something that shows me he truly loves his clientele and makes a genuine effort to know them and care for them. I see it everytime I’m there - he is like this with every customer. I would recommend Don without a doubt, everytime. Thank you Don, Meg and your team - you are SO appreciated.
