Ridiculously understaffed at all times and it's so obvious. Not sure why Costco doesn't do anything about it. Sometimes hours of wait.

I'm not sure why this place is getting such a bad wrap. My experience from tire purchase to installation was flawless. Great customer service at the desk and friendly garagist who interacted with me.

Bought new tires and tpms sensors didn’t work after install. They don’t answer their phone and they are careless.
