“I booked a luxury car on points. The check in experience was fine. Friendly service. Waited a little too long for the vehicle to come around from wash, but happy with the car when it arrived. The most incredible thing was that upon returning the car for an early morning flight to YOW, I forgot to fuel the car back up to full. I hadn’t bought the prepaid fuel package so was expecting to be raked over the coals. Nope, I received a personalized folio with $0 balance. When I responded stating I hadn’t fueled the car and to please advise of the cost, the manager responded stating no extra charge. Now, I doubt this is standard practice, perhaps it was a thanks for your patience for the delay in car? But either way, it made my day and ensured I would return to Enterprise for future rentals.”
