My wife and I are new to Canada, and our purchase at Car-On Auto Sales was our first car buying experience here. They were able to advise us brilliantly by putting us in contact with Mario, a French speaker. Communication was smooth and Mario offered us excellent advice. We test drove the car and he answered all our questions and objections professionally. In addition, he himself noted some minor anomalies which were subsequently resolved. The inspection of the car before delivery was thorough, once again under the supervision of Mario.
The finance department was also a great help to us. Oday's valuable advice enlightened and guided us to make the best choice. The welcome and quality of service of these two professionals were essential for our first major purchase as newcomers. Thanks to them, we are fully satisfied and delighted with our first car.

For a few months, I was searching for a vehicle in my area (2 hours away from Ottawa) with no luck.
I had specific requirements for a vehicle including price/payments, a vehicle good in the snow etc.
There wasn’t anything in my area that checked most of my needed boxes, especially price.
Car-on checked all of the boxes. They actually had several on hand that I could choose from.
With the distance that I would have had to travel to get to Car-on, I purchased the vehicle solely from my home.
When I was ready to sign the papers and swap my vehicle, I drove to Ottawa.
Pat and Steve (and others) took care of everything very quickly and easily. I was less than an hour there, handing my keys and car over, and getting my new one.
I was really impressed by the way Pat and Steve made things very smooth.
When I was looking outside of the area that I live, the only place I looked for a vehicle was Car-on because my son had purchased a vehicle from them a few years back and also had a great experience. All of his boxes were checked as well.
Whenever I need a new vehicle again in the future, they will be the 1st place I look.

When buying a vehicle here, make sure you know what you're getting into first. I bought a truck here, and it was good for the first few months and then everything went south. I've owned my truck for around 9 months now, and it's currently getting its engine rebuilt. I figured I'd be safe seeing as how I had bought an extended warranty with the truck, but boy, was I wrong. The warranty is only valid if you get an oil change within 1000 km of ownership and all maintenance must be done by a licensed mechanic (NOT a DIY thing because God forbid you try to save a few dollars). GLOBAL WARRANTY IS A SCAM!! I post this review as a warning to make sure people who think of purchasing from this dealer know what they are getting themselves into. Please don't make the same $7500 mistake I did!

Tried to sell me a used car for more than it cost new. Walked from the deal before delivery and Mr Caron kept the deposit “to teach me a lesson “. You get your deposit back if you walk from a real estate deal. Caron sees his purpose as consumer education or something. Two other dealers in town refunded deposits in similar circumstances. Bad pricing, arrogant ownership. Lost a customer forever . If one person reads this and buys elsewhere, that is your lesson Mr Caron. Stay away. Plenty of dealers refund deposits , use them.

I am not satisfied I bought a Chevrolet Sylverado 2500 diesel 2020 from the dealer,the backup camera does not work I had them fixed I took out a warranty to extend the seller told me these well you can go anywhere but this not true it's been 2 garages that I contact and don't accept it so it's theft and then after 3 weeks I have a lots of lights on my dash I tried to contact the seller Alex and never got a call back
