I'm so grateful that this West 49 exists! I have wide feet and their skate shoes always fit me well. The deals were amazing on Black Friday. Like, it was insane (new shoes for only $25!).I especially loved interacting with the manager, Aynur. She was so kind and so helpful. The other guy who was there was also kind, so I know Aynur trained him well ^_^Next time I'm near that area, I will definitely be stopping in!

The manager was extremely polite and helped me with everything and she made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Wish customer service was that friendly at some of the other stores I shop at!

Update your info on google for Hamilton store. Paid for parking at Jackson square and after looking for store to find it boarded up. I am sorry this has happened as a lot of things sucks right now but update it. A lot of time and money wasted today.

Went down for school clothes. Good prices and options. Opened at 10. We were there 10:30. Walked in no lines.

Tried to return some items today. Staff member behind the counter wouldn't accept digital copy at first, then when pressed said they couldn't refund due to some of the items being offered under promotion. This also went with the original statement of them saying we don't do refunds today because it's extremely busy (even though there was only one other person in the store). All in all, it really seemed that the rep didn't want to work or be there at all today. Very dissatisfied, and stuck with items we were unable to return.

Spyros has to be one of the most enthusiastic/passionate worker I have ever met, Seriously. Picked out an amazing board for me, gave me so many suggestions and details on just about everything in the store (clothes, scooter, longboard/skateboard/prices/getting things for me) was so willing to help, excellent customer service, will definitely be back!! Give this hard worker a raise honestly! The girl that helped pick out my shoes was amazing as well!!!
