This place has gone beyond south. My friend legit got glass in her foot from THEIR STORE, THEIR FLOORS. 0 sympathy or even care was given to my friend that literally stepped in glass that was not even her own???? How do you get someone to clean up their own blood after hurting themselves instead of getting a staff to help out? Better yet, in general how do you not check on someone to make sure they’re okay better yet if they need anything after stepping in glass at your store on your floor? Disgusting.

What happened to all the Canadian employees? Almost all employees are foreign workers. I no longer shop at Walmart. Evil, greedy corporation!

Just finished checking out and cashier was more concerned with playing on his phone the whole transaction. Very unimpressed.

This location has really gone down hill in recent years. Frequently there are no carts at the entrance while the cart bays in the parking lot overflow (even during non busy periods). Staff are not helpful and don't seem to understand or care about their jobs and nobody seems to be cleaning the place. The worst is the amount of garbage strewn throughout the store and the parking lot like never before. This used to be a very good place to shop and now it's a place to avoid. Canadian Tire and the Superstore in Georgetown are both cleaner and better managed I find.

I constantly hear the entrance staff saying Good Afternoon, Good Morning, and No Person Responds, practically 1% later talk that it is the others who are Badly Polite or Polite who do not respond to the greeting, but here there are all Skin Colors!

Hours say 7-10pm 7 days a week. I went there Sunday 8:08pm and they said the stores closed can't come in.... if this is true please change the hours on Google so people don't waste their time. If the employees are closing the store early without notice something should be done.

What happened to this store ???!!! Used to be so nice to shop at. Was organized and the staff was pleasant. NOW it’s always a mess. Empty shelves. Staff who won’t even move when you try to manoeuvre your cart around them . Self check out is always a disaster with horribly rude staff. It went from a 5 star to a 0 very quickly.

I've never reviewed a walmart before but I wanted to mention that I have 3 walmarts near my home, but I always choose this one because it is very clean. It's not always the most organized but they are polite here. They also sometimes don't have a very stocked inventory and many times I've come here to get milk or diapers and they didn't have the lactose free milk in stock, or they didn't have the size diapers I was looking for. But again, I choose this location because it's cleaner than the others.

The service is absolutely horrible! Went today tried to cash out, only two actual cashes open with cashiers. At least 10 people in line waiting in each waiting with full carts. The self serve cash registers were also very busy with 3 not functioning. They had lights indicating they work but then you get there and then you see a sign saying “closed”. I felt badly for the elderly people waiting to be cashed out and having to wait in these ridiculous long lines. They certainly aren’t capable of using the self check-out that can be very difficult for them. Plenty of them were begging for the staff to open more registers but they were being ignored! This store has seriously gone down hill!! Staff just look at you clueless and ignore you!

Went to this location around 9PM on Sunday; their hours on Google show they’re open until 10PM. Google says “updated by this business 7 days ago” so you’d think it would be accurate… I submitted an edit through Google 4 times and it consistently gets denied. If you go directly on the Walmart website, the hours are correct so why can’t you update your Google business profile? I just checked other reviews and noticed this has been an issue for many months.
If they can’t even get their business hours correct, what else are they doing wrong?
Also, when you’re using self checkout the associates will harass you to sign up for their credit card. It’s super uncomfortable.

Wrong hours posted. Not sure why they don’t update the correct hours. It’s been wrong online for months if not longer.
Monday to Saturday - 7am to 10pm
Sunday - 7am to 8pm

The Walmart is one of the worst stores I’ve seen in GTA. There were clearance Bananas and fruit that were rotten , never seen anything bad in any store. The normal bananas were also too ripe to be sold. Store prices were also not same as some of other Walmart.
