Update to your respone, ***part of your service is to scan the package, not just throw it in a box. Yes i completely forgot to get it scanned so I have no proof that I dropped it off at your store but also that's what customer service is for....we need proof of shipping.***
I dropped off a package over a week ago, it was an Amazon return, the lady told me to put it in the box, I completely forgot to get it scanned, to date my package has not been returned to Amazon. I had to return another package to Amazon and within hours I had confirmation and a refund, I don't know what has happened to my package with this store. Where is my package?
