I have been in the store 3 times so far. All 3 times the staff have made me feel comfortable and act like they want my business. They truely care about the well being of our pets.

Great staff- will order in what you need. Charlie Brown is cute as ever, even when he is up to mischief....lol.

I’m so happy to have found this store. As someone who loves reptiles, it’s great to see a decent selection of specialty items for them! Not only that but if you need something they are out of, they may be able to order it for you <3 plus their customer service is top tier
