This place never answers the phone when I call. I’ve had 2 male employees yell at me when I tried to recycle paint. There was no reason for them to target me like that. All they had to do was educate me nicely that they don’t take EMPTY paint cans.

Went into the store to pick up a traction pad they didn’t have it. The lady who was helping was really nice when went to the counter asked for the road salt. Two guys talking to each other, not paying attention, found a bit rude. came back to price match with Home Depot, he started to putting conditions instead of helping the custome. saying that the store has to be within 25 km in distance and in stock. Never heard that before. I noticed this location prices are higher comparatively to other areas like Home Depot. I recommend go to Home Depot instead of this, Georgetown, Rona.
Didn’t find staff to be friendly.

Went to Rona for the first time for shopping. It was great experience. My car was getting out weight because of load of concrete , Peter and Justin suggested me to make 2 trips so that car does not get impacted.
It might have increased their work a bit , but still they helped me . I am surprised by some bad comments and reviews of Rona . For me , it was great experience .

Went in looking for electrical and plumbing items. Immediately the cashier Sammi was very friendly and helpful. She got me one item very fast and then handed me off to Gary who is exceptionally knowledgeable. Not only did he provide excellent advice he directed me to a better product for my problem. I highly recommend this place. It was by far the best experience I’ve had at a home improvement place.

I went to rona today to cut some plywoods. Justin was so helpful at the customer service desk. He made sure that I don't get any problem to put those plywoods in my car. Thanks Justin you really made me happy by your incredible service.

Always have a good experience here. On my last couple trips we were helped by Nitin who is the best offering great advice, help and is super nice to our family including young kids, the world needs more people like him, great person!

I ordered a product online 2 weeks ago and had to return a few as they didn't fit. Everything was smooth and the store did the refund no problem. I went back this time as the size of the new product didn't fit, and was told that the system is not showing a way to do the refund (similar products were returned). Was told to go online and spoke to MariemB on their live chat who stated that their policy is to return online products through making a shipping label. Excuse me what? I paid for shipping costs and the expectation should be that I can return the item in store, not go through extra hassle. Nope, because they have "policies" I was told this is the only method. But clearly 2 weeks ago the policy allowed for an in person return. No wonder Home Depot is far superior in every way. What a joke of a company. Never returning here, and you should never buy from them either.

We went to Rona today to get a price on an item.It’s a special size. We went to the counter and we appeared to be disturbing about 4 - 5 staff standing there. We seemed to be bothering them with our presence ! They gave us attitude and we won’t be stepping into Rona ever again ! Not sure what has happened to that store !
