A++++ service, which is very hard to find these days. Communicate well, and do excellent work.While my rear quarter panel was being replaced I got a small door dent, which I noticed when picking up. Riteway was very sympathetic even tho they said they “took note” of it when receiving the vehicle. They did the right thing and some way, some how fixed the door dent for me! Can’t even tell it was there!Amazing customer service I can’t say enough about RITEWAY. Real professionals

I was involved in a car accident in November and had my vehicle towed to Georgetown VW who moved it to Riteway/Pro Colour for the repairs. From the beginning, John was upfront and honest with me in regards to the repairs was very helpful with dealing with my joke of an insurance company. He earned my trust right away and helped me steer through this stressful situation with the repairs my insurance company wanted compared to what John found which was a lot more extensive than the insurance company foundIn the end, with John’s help, I got my car back and got back in the condition that the accident didn’t even happen. Yes it took time but blame COVID and insurance companiesTo find an honest mechanic such as John these days is rare and I simply can’t thank him enough for his help and the work his team put in to complete this repairI definitely will be back again if / when I need future work done on my cars

The trunk of my car was damaged by a faulty bike rack that caused the trunk to make a loud popping sound every time it opened. They were able to fix the trunk so it opens smoothly and no sound anymore! They did it in under 20 minutes and the trunk works perfectly fine now. Great service!Service: Body & Trim

I was recently involved in a fender bender. Growing up in Georgetown, I like to support local businesses. I checked out a few different auto body shops and decided to give these guys a chance. The manager John was up front, honest and extremely knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies. He explained everything from what it was I needed to do to actually start my claim, to what would happen after the claim started, to how and what is involved in fixing my car. He took care of the rental agency for my rental, ensured my car was actually safe to drive and did everything in a timely way.I'd give this recommendation a 6 star rating but 5 is a high as it goes. Highly recommend checking them out.Services: General repairs & maintenance

They did a great job fixing my bumper. Price was very fair and they had my van back next day. They even cleaned my floor mats and wiped down my dash and windows. Jon is a great person to deal with. I highly recommend this autobody shop!

My car was brought here under vw’s corrosion warranty for no more than a little rust bubble. The paint work was not bad but the car had runs left behind in the door jams, both paint and clear coat which I didn’t notice until much later.Furthermore my sisters car went in for corrosion warranty as well, also a vw. It took multiple weeks to complete and had to be brought back four times for issues upon repair. The last attempt was actually handled at vw directly just so they didn’t have to send it back here a fifth time.I wouldn’t suggest going here, if you’re here to see the reviews based on Georgetown vw sending cars here for corrosion warranty I’d try another Volkswagen dealer that deals with another body shop.Services: Painting

Awesome Body Shop! We were referred by Georgetown VW to repair a minor rear bumper scuff on our 3 y/o GTi. Jon at Riteway gave us a quote that came in slightly less than another (premium) body shop we've worked with in the past. Jon's team at Riteway had the car fixed in 3 days, and the car looks fantastic; great paint match, and a clear coat texture that matches the standard VW orange peel :pDefinitely recommend you visit them for any paint repair you need; professional, timely and courteous staff, and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.Services: Painting

Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

Listen people trust me do not ever and I mean ever take your car here!!! If i could give a zero star its would be here! Recently went in to obtain a quote from a front office sales guy who has grey hair. Worst experience and he did not give me the time of day. He was unprofessional and senile like I was wasting his time. He bluntly told me that he won't bother with my car rust spots and some blemishes and said to move on. Really???? So I went the right way! then in my search guide two units over on Armstrong. ACE body shop are run by great people and took the time to correct it at a reasonable price unlike WrongWay nearby or Arno's who is super expensive. They are the best choice in town! Do not ever go to Wrong Way bodyshop which should be renamed immediately based on my experience!!!!

Riteway is my go to. I have gone there for a major car repair after being rear ended and recently went there for minor repairs to my bumper. Both times they did fabulous work on my car - I could not be happier!Their employees are kind, genuine, and professional. They are trustworthy and very transparent with the costs, timelines, and even took time to explain the different repair options I had depending on my budget. I highly recommend Riteway!
