“Amazing customer service (thank you Heather) !!!! I came into the store (after a recommendation from a friend ) with a badly tarnished Pandora Bracelet and another that needed to be sized. Was greeted with a smile and without hesitation or judgement Heather explained how common it was from Pandora bracelets to tarnish from wearing them into a pool. She said it could be cleaned ON THE SPOT!!! Then proceed to measure my wrist for the perfect size for the other bracelet. Took all my information and said it world be ready on Friday. While my friend and I shopped the mall - Heather cleaned my bracelet - when we came back to pick it up - I was so pleasantly surprised - it literally looked brand new!
I explained how I had been turned away from the Bramalea City Centre Pandora location; not only would they not clean the bracelet - they said that my other Pandora Bracelet couldn’t be sized- and to take it back to Disney ( it was a Disney Parks Exclusive bracelet). They were so rude and dismissive. Heather listened and stated she has heard similar stories - but prides herself in customer service - and it showed!

What a difference in customer service . I will NEVER shop at the Bramalea City Centre Pandora store again. Heather’s customer service and friendliness at Brilliant Gold in Georgetown has guaranteed me as a return customer. I have (and will continue ) to recommend your location and Heather to all of my friends. And look forward to shopping there again soon.
