FOOD POISONING - I purchased a large pan pizza on January 20 at 6:15pm at the 787 Steeles Ave West location.There is a large amount of mold on the back of the pizza. I felt that the taste was off. When looking at the back, i noticed it had a lot of mold. I have pictures.I currently have symptoms of food poisoning with diarrhea and vomiting.

I was greeted and treated like a member of the family when I visited the Gino's Pizza corporate office. I plan to buy a store after speaking with the personnel. Go Gino's Go!!!

Gino's Pizza was all class with the draw for the Ford E-Mustang, which I was a part of. The people they have working for them, corporate all the way down to the employees in their store, here in Tillsonburg, are top notch. The owner was there on draw day and they kept everyone fed and looked after. I have been a Gino's customer for years and will be for the forseeable future. Cheers to Gino's.

Gino's Pizza has great pizza and great people. I attended an event to win the Mach E Mustang (I didn't win the car but happy to have had the chance) and they really made it a family affair.Behind the delicious food is a well run family run business.I'm a fan for life.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the service at my local Gino’s at Roseland Plaza in Burlington. I phoned in an order and when I went to pick it up, the staff had no knowledge of my order. There were 2 staff members standing around, no one in the store and there didn’t appear to be any orders in progress. I recognized the voice of the woman as the person who had taken my phone order. They admitted that my order had been missed and did not seem at all concerned.There was no apology offered. They said they could make pizzas while I waited. I asked for discount due to missed order and they refused rudely. This was the second time I have experienced this at this location. I should never have gone back and will not return in the future. This location needs to be shut down. I would appreciate discussing this with someone at head office.

Im not one to leave a bad review but i felt my situation warranted it. I have been an avid weekly ginos pizza customer for years, however that will change after today. I order two party sized pizzas for my daughters party and upon returning home from picking them up they were burnt at the bottom. We ended up peeling the top layer off just so we could eat them. Poor kids. Because of time restraints we had no other option. I was optimistic that ginos would credit my account for next time as they are always accommodating, however, they did not compensate me fairly. They offered me $10 back. $10 on a $60 + order. Why would anyone choose to pay $40 for burnt pizza but Ginos forced me to . I was sadly disappointed and so were the children.

Was at Gino's Main Office this morning. Unfortunately they don't make pizza at this address. I'm sure it would be awesome if they did. Reception immediately greeted me with a warm smile. I was attended to within minutes and wasn't kept waiting. World class service at this office. Great job Gino's!

Always a wonderful experience to visit Gino’s corporate head office. Everyone is so helpful and they never make you wait unnecessarily. They are very organized and always motivated to getting things done quickly.

You need to start getting on your franchise owners about doing it by the book. This one needs to be fired though. Most certainly won't be getting gino's pizza until I know this person is not employed. When I pay for extra toppings, I expect extra toppings. On multiple occasions without fail your franchise owner has neglected the public reviews they get and continues to ruin your company's name. The 125 seabrook location in Kitchener Ontario. Check the reviews yourself. Everytime they gets a real review he calls it fake and has a bot put up a few more that lie about exactly what they screw around with. Its pathetic and clear as day.

The pizza we ordered yesterday took just under 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive. The previous pizza order had the incorrect ingredients. Ginos sucks!!!

I had terrible Customer Service from Gino's head office call center last night and their excuse did not add up. I placed my order at 925PM and they ended our call and said it will be 40 mins. I called back 45 mins later and said they had a system problem and order was placed 23 mins ago. So they knew they had a problem but no one called me, when i called the agent had poor customer service she was was abrupt and did not offer any remorse or solutions, the store that was suppose to get my order was closing soon as per escalation to Call Center Manager Marc so i was forced to go to Pizza Pizza who delivered on time. AGAIN this is not an issue with the local store but with the Head office of GINO PIZZA and their very poor customer service

Had to make a delivery to this location and the building has absolutely no signs. Thanks for wasting 20min of my time. ADD SOME SIGNAGE AT LEAST A BUILDING NUMBER.

What happened to Gino's I have been eating Gino's since it opened in1980,s the pizza doesnt taste the same and wings are terrible I wish they would not have changed there recipes Im sorry but can't handle the new taste

Omg if you want what they offer in their pictures order from a different restaurant. They took my money when I ordered BUFFALO WINGS. They claim that Buffalo wings are “WINGS SAUCE ON” They won’t refund me, deal with there screw up. “Our pictures are not what you will get.” The picture IS Buffalo wings I did NOT get Buffalo wings. They are rude. They interrupt you. They treat you like Buffalo wings ARE PLAIN WINGS SAUCE ON THEM. LMAO. So why not advertise “We sell wings sauce on OR on the side” I’ve never dealt with ignorant uneducated people like them in my life. Good luck with all complaints!!!!! Parliament Wing Machine took my money neither them or Head office will give me a refund or BUFFALO WINGS.
