Recently purchased my first Volkswagen (not from this specific dealership), but have been in there for service and also bought from the parts department, I must say this is some of the best customer service I have received from a dealership! Everyone is so kind, welcoming and they truly do take care of their customers! (I didn’t even purchase the car from them)! My new spot to have my car serviced!

Recently purchased a 2024 VW Tiguan. Excellent experience working with Yatin! He was easily available to answer questions and went above and beyond to find a car that matched what I was looking for. I had an amazing experiencing buying this car and working with the dealership - especially Yatin. Would highly recommend Georgetown VW.

NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. Their representative (Ales..) scheduled an appointment with me for 10 AM but the rep didn’t show up and never sent a notice. After 20 mins of waiting, another representative (San…) does my car’s appraisal. This representative said, he will get back to me by the end of the day but no communication. The next day, I call them, the representative was busy and they noted down my number, but again no communication. Same thing happened the next day. I wanted to buy a brand new vehicle from them but they lost a potential customer.

If I could give this entire dealership 10 stars I would. Jesse was amazing, understood my limitations and did everything he could to help me the best he could. The managers did even more to help get me out of a horrible deal with Ford after my 3 year old car began to fall apart and ford wouldn’t offer any help at all.Not once did I feel pressured to sign on the dotted line. They gave me options I literally did not even think about. Just for their professionalism and respect alone I will tell everyone I know to go to them.Jonathon, Yaton, Shun & Jesse, thank you for making a horrible experience so much better! I think I might be a customer for life now ??

Just bought a certified pre owned 2019 VW Passat Wolfsburg and couldn’t be happier with the car! The staff was really helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership!

My experience with vw in Georgetown used to be top notch…now I’m being quoted the most ridiculously outrageous prices on easy service requests. I was quoted $260 for an oil change that doesn’t include tire rotation! I guess they are fine with one less customer!

Just took delivery of my brand new 2023 VW ID4. I have to say upon first stepping foot into this dealership me and my family felt like we are at home. We dealt with Sanjae who was extremely helpful in every aspect of the purchase process. Highly recommend him and his staff for future vehicle purchases. I also would like to mention Johnathan who took care of our financings top notch service . At last I wanna say all staff helps me a lot and thanks to all the staff involved with my purchase

How often do you walk into a dealership and they encourage you to “sleep on it” or take your time and don’t rush the decision? Every single person we dealt with at this dealership was beyond fantastic to deal with. They considered our budget or current situation, provided options and even took the time to get to understand who I was as a person so they could really get an idea of what I would like. Without me saying indicating, they could tell I wasn’t 100% sold on my colour selection … and that was what was missing in my excitement of my new VW. One day I got a call and they suggested I come in and see a colour they thought I may like. They were dead on! It was the easiest and believe it or not FUN and exciting process I have gone through getting a new vehicle. I wasn’t expecting to be in the market but my only 4 month old 2024 vehicle was written off due to an accident and just dealing with the people at this particular dealership made it a “not so bad” situation into a beneficial situation for me; saving me some money and putting me in the right vehicle for me!

I had a very pleasant experience throughout my purchasing process with help from Sanjae in the sales department and Carol in the finance department. Sanjae walked me through my options and was flexible with test drive requests and meeting requests whenever I had a question. Carol outlined all the numbers in a way that helped me to understand the monetary allocations and the finance processes aligned with my selection. I would recommend these two any day! I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience!
