I've always bought new vehicles and this was my first and last time buying a used vehicle, I paid in full for my Yokon and it was the worst treatment that I've ever experienced and trust me I've bought many vehicles in the pass 5 years and I've never need treated in this manner before, they didn't even call me to give me update on my finance because I needed a cosigner, 8 had to keep calling them and they would tell me to call back the next day and when I called the next day, they guy wasn't even in that day and the receptionist didn't even tell me he wasn't in and forward me to him anyways to his voice mail was full and couldn't leave a message, then when I called my sales rep he told me its the guys day off, so I got feed up and just paid in full for my vehicle because my wife wanted it, when I picked it up they gave me old beat up floor mats that wasn't even for that vehicle, I called my sale rep to see why they would do that and he said that's what I get when I buy a used vehicle, I told him in that case why would I come to a dealership to buy vehicle if they're going to give me old stuff and he didn't tell me that they're going to give me old mats before I purchased the vehicle, then I talked to the sales manager and he fixed the issue for me and he was very professional and I got winter tires too and it came out more then what my sales rep told me but I didn't want to make a big deal about it because I was tired with this dealership and just wanted to go home with my family, I didn't mention any names because they know who they are and what they did, I wish I had the experience that everyone else had that gave 5 stars, never again with this dealership

I recently purchased a 2021 chevy express for my business and the team at Georgetown Chevrolet are absolutely amazing. Nicole was my main point of contact and she went over and above to make sure I got the vehicle that I required and Orlando and Mike were equally as impressive in making sure I got the van that my business required and in the manner in which benefitted me the best. Thank you to the entire team.

The service I got from Doug and his team, especially G was phenomenal throughout the purchase process of my new Silverado 1500. They were very professional and on top of everything, they thought of everything and delivered a great experience.I would highly recommend going to Georgetown Chevrolet GMC Buick if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

I have purchased two vehicles through Georgetown Chevrolet. I brought my 2018 gmc Sierra in for a front left signal replacement and the service department told me an outrageous fee of 384$ plus tax. That price is sickening to change a signal light bulb then I needed to have my passenger side window switch replaced which the service advisor initially told me 284$ plus tax then when I agreed to that I go to pick up my vehicle after being in there shop for a week and the service advisor hands me a bill of 700$ and change . What a complete insult considering I’ve been a loyal customer. So what my point is never bring your vehicle for repairs there after you’ve purchased one through them. They will never have my business again …

Terrible experience dealing with greedy people at Georgetown GMC. I was brought in on referral for a car that was traded in for a 10k ( probably less) told it was being listed at 14k certified and could get for maybe 13500 and then on arrival I was told it was 16k. Car did not need anything for reconditioning other than a mild clean up. Shame on you all for ripping off everyone from the trusting people that traded in the car to the person that ended up buying the car. Used car sales manager was aggressive and seemed like he was trying to justify his greed. Salesperson Pat was just as greedy and weak in negotiating after he indicative the price of 14k and telling me he could held me dispose of an older trade. Definitely reaching out to OMVIC. Never had a more upsetting experience trying to buy or sell a car.

I recently purchased a Chevy Equinox at georgetown Chevrolet. I must say the service was great. The sales person I dealt with Nicole Glass was very helpful. She took the time to help me make a decision of my purchase. She was not pushy like others and on the day I picked up my vehicle she took the time to show me some of the features of the vehicle. In my eyes she is a 5 plus and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to George town Chevrolet and have the opportunity to meet Nicole and the team.Kenneth Manuel

This place has terrible service. It’s not the employees fault. They need to hire more people. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you can. I’m stuck with warranty for a little longer. Also, what’s with the back order of parts ? Been waiting 4 weeks and still not in.
