Broke down in Georgetown and needed a tow to bring the car home. They showed up when they said they would (which was quick). I needed a receipt to expense the tow and they provided me one in a timely manner.

My truck was unable to shift gears last night due to a broken spring. I called Fred's and they were on site within 30 minutes to take my vehicle to my mechanic. The employees are absolutely fantastic - highly skilled and experienced, professional, friendly, etc. highly recommend giving Fred's a call if you are stuck on the road!

Usmn helped my boyfriend and I tow our car that was being worked on and he was very understanding with how low the vehicle was. He was able to help us get our car home safe in a timely manner, thank you again Fred's Towing for being on time and having a fair price:))

This is extremely upsetting to write... on April 10th I was in a serious collision and did not have a say where my car was towed to, was told that Fred towing is a local business in gerogetown that could be trusted.
However, when I went to pick my plates and personal items from the car I realized some of my personal items where gone. Anything that was worth value was "missing". My beats headphone, some wood, video games and i had a usb attached to my key set. All these items were in my trunk during the collision and the keys were in the ignition as well.
When I opened my trunk someone had opened the trunk and removed everything and threw it in the inside of the car to make it seem like it may have been "lost" during the collision.
When asked about my usb, the tow truck driver went inside and brought a worker out that admitted he went through my trunk but was unable to provide a reason why.... my trunk was the one area that had no damage so there was no reason for them to open it and go through it. My key was broken so that it was still in the ignition to make it seem it may have broke during the Collison.
After the collision I have been going though lot and don't have the energy to file a complaint just to have them tell me it was "lost" during the collision.
I just hope management sees this and actually investigates it on their part. Breaks my heart to have gone through a Collison then have stuff stolen from your vehicle from a local business.

My car broke down and i called Freds Towing in halton hills!! They are truly th best in the business and very cost effective. Usman came to tow my car and was very professional and quick. Excellent, for a stressful day, they were th only reliable good thing that day!!

Would not recommend if u have a fancy car or a old beautiful classic car if it's not rob or Kevin picking up your car expect damage...............from anyone else I especially love the set rates they have amd when u call they just toss random numbers out in hopes ylu will say yes to scam you !!!!! And I quit due to non pay not only did u scam your customers you scammed me as a driver you accused me of steeling which I have never done all because u don't want to pay your employees..... the old original owner would be ashamed of the company the new owner is makeing the good old freds towing turn into amd so should the employees of freds (freds towing) will be called (freds closing) due to its insufficient trucks and drivers amd lack of good management the new owners don't deserve the business of our small town they need to close there doors and stop scamming people

Those people are scammers they will scam you plus they will damage your property and on top of that they are very very very rude there is a guy that works there Muslim guy dark skin long beard unprofessional I was about to pick up my car that they have caused a lot of damage to, he wasn’t even wearing any safety clothes he was working with some Pakistani clothing and sandals on top of that very rude and unprofessional and when I was about to pay he purposefully did something with machine card so the money can not go through so he can charge you more biggest scammers and worst experience ever!
