“I have had some unpleasant experiences here with people in higher up positions in the past but it wasn’t worth my time and energy to post about it. Today I wanted to share a positive experience I had with one of the associates. I believe her name is Ranjinder. I got a warm welcome from her when entering the store and a friendly goodbye, which does not happen very often when I come here. I was having a particularly hard day that day. Ranjinder, you have no idea how much your greeting and smile meant to me on this day. Even though it was a brief interaction, you really made my day. I think other associates, including management, would benefit from customer service training.”
“This Walmart treats their employees like slaves. They are grossly under paid, and under staffed. The self check out system is failing; knowing this corporation they will use this some how to justify not giving their employees raises. "We need to put money towards other resources." Ect. Ect.It is absolutely disgusting what they expect one human being to do with around 20 'self' check out systems failing. The employees at the front are over worked, and overwhelmed.I am down 200$ waiting for it to be credited, because whether it be the management or owner delegating a certain item, they refuse to take it off the shelf when they already have knowledge of the issues with said item.Absolutely horrible. Great staff.Walmart needs to hire more, or pay more. Simple and plain. That, or cut the head off the snake.-5 stars”
